To begin creating a payment, an active LiveChat conversation must be opened.
- Go to the Chat page in LiveChat and navigate to the side panel. From here, select the Mollie icon to open the Mollie LiveChat application
- Once the Mollie LiveChat application is open, click the ‘Subscription’ tab
- In the form that appears, enter the Email Address and Name of the customer
- Fill in the Rich Message details: Image URL and Title
- At least one of these fields must be entered
- The Button field is required
- Enter the payment details for the subscription: Description, Value and Currency
- After entering the above details, select the frequency of payments
- If the subscription has a set number of payments, enable the option ‘Times’ and enter the number of payments
- If the subscription has a delayed start date, enable the option which will set the first payment to 1 month from the current day
- Click on the ‘Preview’ button. This will display a preview of the Rich Message, as well as the ‘Subscription Configuration’ details as they will appear on the payment page
- If any details need to be changed, close the preview to return to the app and edit the appropriate fields.
- If all the details are correct, click the ‘Send Payment’ button to send the Rich Message to the chatter
- Once the payment has been completed, a notification will appear on the chat page with the status of the payment
